At our 2009 Weekend Gathering one of the make n' take props was the Casa Fear Zombie. Here are a link to a video of the zombie Spencer made and his behind the screams look at the prop as well as links to a number of audio files which he used to create the zombie audio.

Casa Fear Zombie Audio Files: 13 MP3 Files: Each file is a short mp3 of either grunts, growls or the Zombie saying "Brains....Brains". Select the files you like, combine them in the way you want to give your Zombie a voice.

2 pneumatic cylinders
2 foot brackets
2 rod clevis
2 clevis mounting brackets
2 4-way solenoid valves
1 prop controller
4 3" hinges (wrist/elbow)
2 2.5" hinges (shoulder)
12 carriage bolts (attaching cylinder)
10 flat phillips bolts (hinges)
2 hex bolts (shoulder)
locking nuts/washers for all bolts
drywall screws (elbow hinge, securing wrist hinge to plywood base)
plywood for base

All bolts were 1/4 by 2" long


The original used a picoBoo as the controller but you can use anything that has at least 2 outputs. Many of us plan to use a Prop-1 and the EFX guys have written a program (on their web site: link below) that you can download and use (free).
